Copy Writers, Designers, Graphic Artists, Commercial Printers, Printing Trade Shops, Converters and Fulfillment Services all subscribe to printusa.com. The PrintUSA.com RFP is a subscription service. Since 1997 Printusa.com has provided printing and design quote requests to American and Canadian printers and designers. Our subscribers are professional graphic designers and commercial printers. Each quote requests supplies the subscriber with all the prospective buyers contact information and the details necessary to present a printing quote. In the event something is lacking in the printing quote request the subscriber has the contact information necessary to obtain more specific information.
Each time a print buyer submits the RFP for services the request is automatically sent to our subscribers for that product category. The firms who want the work or specialize in particular services contact the print buyer. After supplying the information to our subscribers PrintUSA.com is out of the loop. We do not take a percentage of your business.
Trial period. All subscribers must go through a trial period. The first charge on your credit card will appear as The TentMaker Trust. This is a one time charge in the amount of $200.00 USD for the trial period.
During the trial period we will contact you to see how we can better the service. You may contact us at any time with suggestions.
After the trial period we will contact you to modify your business profile based on quantity and the states you wish to cover. This will reduce the number of quotes you receive and your monthly quote fee. The disadvantage to modifying your business profile is you may not see quotes from companies you would like to do business with.
Subscription. The subscription to PrintUSA.com printing quotes RFP service is annual. After the trial period the subscription is billed monthly at $45 per month USD plus $0.35 (thirty five cents) per quote. The first month after the tial period we will bill you $45.00 USD. The second month and all subsequent months we will bill you $45.00 plus the previous months quotes sent to you based on your quote profile.
Payment: Service starts with payment by credit card, debit card or e-check. The charge on your credit card will appear The TentMaker Trust. On the e-check the payment will be made to The TentMaker Trust. The TentMaker Trust owns PrintUSA.com. Currently we bill debit or credit cards through Paypal.com. The Paypal Internet banking and payment service is managed by Wells Fargo Bank and is secure. Your annual subscription is billed monthly through PayPal or our credit card terminal or by e-check. An eCheck is an electronic funds transfer that withdraws money directly from your bank account. It's just like writing a check, only it is done electronically.
We currently list 224 printing categories. You may select all categories or you may select only the categories that fit your business model.
Bouncing email: If your provider bounces our leads or installs a spam filter which files our leads in the black hole of cyberspace PrintUSA.com will provide you a free email account on one of our servers. The email address must identify your or your company. Your email address would be either (your company name)@printusa.com or your (first.last name)@printusa.com.
